Benefits for your business when you become an industry partner
Forward-thinking companies that get involved in SkillsTrac will experience a number of benefits, including:
Financial assistance: May be funded up to100%.
Increase productivity:
An investment in higher-level training of as little as 10% can yield an 8.6% increase in productivity… compared to just a 3.4% increase from investing the same amount in new equipment.
There’s a positive correlation between training expenditures and revenues. Specifically, a $680 expenditure for training per employee results in a 6% improvement in total shareholder return the following year.
Since most of the training is conducted online, time away at a training site is minimized… and your workers remain on the job, being productive.
All online training is validated by labs, ensuring that your employees can apply their newly acquired skills at your workplace.
Enhance competitiveness:
Increasing the skill level of your employees will help your organization operate at the level of your competitors… and could even give you a competitive edge.
Providing training opportunities for your employees will enable your organization to attract and retain individuals with top technical and professional skills.
More readily recognize qualified individuals: SkillsTrac provides certification to all individuals who successfully complete each skill level of the program , so that you can easily identify current and potential employees’ levels of skills.
