The SkillsTrac program was developed by a consortium of four colleges and vocational schools, ten One-Stop and economic development organizations, and over thirty manufacturers and was funded by a U.S. Department of Labor Community Based Job Training Grant. The schools deliver the training to incumbent workers from the manufacturing community and to the dislocated worker base in western Ohio.
Edison Community College
Founded in 1973, Piqua-based Edison Community College serves more than 3,000 students in approximately thirty technical fields, as well as transfer programs to four-year colleges and universities, developmental coursework, and continuing education offerings
Edison’s Business and Industry Center contributes to the economic success of area businesses, industries and private-sector organizations by providing market-driven training, workshops and seminars to help workers with skill development and professional growth.

Sinclair Community College
Founded in 1887 as an evening training program at the Dayton YMCA, Sinclair Community College has grown into one of the leading two-year institutions of higher learning in the U.S. Over 20,000 students are enrolled at Sinclair’s campus in downtown Dayton, as well as satellite facilities in Englewood and Huber Heights, and at the brand-new Mason Courseview Campus in Warren County outside Cincinnati.

Wright State University -- Lake Campus
Located on the north shore of Grand Lake St. Marys between Celina and St. Mary’s, Wright State University’s Lake Campus is the branch of Dayton-based Wright State University that’s easily accessible to residents of Auglaize, Allen, Darke, Mercer, Shelby and Van Wert counties.
With an enrollment of approximately 900 students, the Lake Campus offers pre-professional and certificate programs, general education courses, as well as numerous associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.

Job Center Network
The Ohio Job Centers – also known as One-Stop Centers – provide single-source convenience for both individual job seekers as well as employers seeking qualified workers. Services are provided at no cost, and are available to all, regardless of income.
At their local Job Center, individual job seekers will find job postings, resume assistance, employment-related workshops, training information, and other practical assistance in finding employment. Employers can use their nearby Job Center to post job openings, pre-screen applicants, and interview and recruit potential employees.
